Hotel Santika Kuta - Kuta (Bali)

The hotel offers great value for money, making it a perfect choice for a short holiday in Bali. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel in the Kuta district is fantastic, with many restaurants and amenities nearby.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

room decoration was nice and Internet was free and with good quality. location is close to Kuta beach 10 minutes walking distance. had baby cot available.

This hotel in Kuta district offers great value for money, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities, and some even have balconies for a nice view. The location is convenient, with a supermarket and other eateries just across the road. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a variety of options to choose from, especially the egg station where you can get your eggs made to order.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant and there wasn't anything that really stood out as needing improvement.

very poor breakfast (only Asian kitchen; no salads, no bacon, no ham...etc.), very bad site, room a bit small, located in between a kind of river and a heavy busy road, very loud inside & outside, very far from the beach; much worse than santika kuta beach hotel, which was fully booked (which is a very fine hotel)

The hotel staff was -as we already said- excellent. At time of booking we thought to have booked the Santika Beach Hotel.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Be warned this is not the Hotel Santika Beach Resort but a new Hotel several kilometres from the Kuta strip. It has no bar, no real resturant and no other facilities than a pool. Food is tailored more to the asian market.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a convenience store and a fast food restaurant. It's also within a 5-10 minute walk to the beach or the main shopping street. The hotel offers bike rental, which is a great way to explore the area. The breakfast is complimentary and offers a variety of local and continental breakfast items.

The rooms can be noisy due to the location of some of the rooms on the corner next to bright hallway windows. The staff can be unresponsive or slow to assist with requests.

Nice & comfortable, good location, close to the airport

Not near to beach and not in strategic area.

We found a hotel along a busy road with a night market, and just a short walk to the main shopping precinct. Supermarkets are nearby, and blue cabs with meters were easily accessible. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and good room service. the staff was polite and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast which had plenty of Indonesian and Western options. the pool was a great facility to unwind after a long day.

The view from the room was disappointing.

The cleaning service started cleaning too early so the knocking on everyone's doors tended to be annoying

A very nice hotel. Clean place and friendly staff. The staff offer breakfast in a box when I do early check out. A good place to stay for family. The food is quite good for indonesian.

T choose the twin bed. And the bed is so small. :(
